Terms & conditions.
A plain-language summary of the enrolment terms for the 2026–27 school year. The signed Parent Contract you receive remains the binding document.
Confirming your child’s place
Your child’s place is confirmed only after the reservation, payment and forms are complete. Returning families have until 15 April to confirm. From 16 April we open up to new families from the waitlist.
Deadlines for the 2026–27 year
Re-enrolment fee (€500) is due by 16 April 2026. The materials fee (€150) and deposit (€500) are due by 1 May 2026. If these aren’t paid by 1 May, the place may be released to another family on the waitlist.
Limited places, first-come-first-served
We run small groups, so places are limited and admission is first-come-first-served. If a year fills before you’ve completed enrolment, we refund any amount you’ve already paid.
Re-enrolment requires current fees
To confirm a place for the next year, all current-year fees must be paid up to date. We can’t carry over outstanding amounts into a new year.
Annual fee review
School fees are reviewed once a year. We’ll always tell you the new fees in writing, before enrolment for the next year opens.
What tuition includes
Tuition covers in-school medical insurance — for any student who needs medical attention while at school. External exams (IGCSE and A-Level) and external excursions are billed separately.
Order of payments
Any payment you make for exams or excursions will first be used to settle outstanding tuition. Only when school fees are fully paid will payments be allocated to exams or excursions.
Withdrawal or cancellation of a place
The school reserves the right to expel a student, or cancel a student’s place for the following academic year, if there is any outstanding payment of fees.
Force majeure
The school is not liable to return fees in the event of having to close for a period of time due to force majeure, including natural disasters and medical epidemics and pandemics.
Parent Contract
By enrolling or re-enrolling your child, all parents endorse the terms and conditions set out in the Parent Contract you’ll receive from the school office.
