This website is owned and operated by GCS Education S.L., trading as Open Learning International School, a company registered in Spain, in accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Open Learning is a bilingual day school (ages 4–18) in Benitachell, Alicante. Use of this website implies acceptance of this notice. Spanish law applies and any dispute falls under the courts of Alicante.
Privacy (data protection)
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD). Information you send through the contact or admissions form, or by email — your name, email and message — is used only to answer your enquiry and manage admissions.
